Aarambha provides AI-assisted B2B go-to-market research, qualification, messaging, and outreach workflow software. Features may include integrations with third-party services where you choose to connect an account.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information you provide, safeguarding your account credentials, and activity performed through your account. You must promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
3. Third-party integrations
Some Aarambha features may depend on third-party services, including Google. Your use of those services remains subject to the third party's own terms and policies. You authorize Aarambha to access third-party data only to the extent of the permissions you grant and the features you enable.
4. Acceptable use
You must use Aarambha lawfully and responsibly. You may not use the service to violate applicable law, infringe rights, send unlawful or deceptive communications, bypass access controls, introduce malware, disrupt the service, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
You are responsible for ensuring that your outreach practices, recipient lists, content, and use of connected accounts comply with applicable laws, platform rules, and contractual obligations.
5. Your content and instructions
You retain ownership of content and data you provide to Aarambha. You grant Aarambha the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and otherwise handle that content to provide, secure, and support the service in accordance with our Privacy Policy and your instructions.
6. Plans, trials, and fees
Paid plan pricing, trial availability, billing frequency, and included functionality are described in the applicable order, proposal, checkout flow, or pricing page. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law. Taxes may apply.
7. Aarambha intellectual property
Aarambha and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, designs, trademarks, and related materials, excluding your content. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
8. Availability and changes
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as we improve the product, address security issues, or respond to legal or third-party changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, material breach, legal compliance, or protection of the service or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aarambha is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AI-assisted outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed before use. You remain responsible for decisions and communications made using the service.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aarambha will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data arising from use of the service. Any mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
